1. Acceptance of Terms

- 4dcheck bears no liability for any loss resulting from others using your account due to your own negligence.
- You are not allowed to transfer, sell, or give your account to any third party.
3. Platform Usage Rules
4dcheck users are prohibited from using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate gaming systems, use automated software (bots), or disrupt platform operations is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Making any false or misleading representation about their identity to the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform or exploiting other users’ data.
- Distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes copyright via this platform.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to hide your real location to bypass geographic restrictions.
4dcheck reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these rules, including reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 4dcheck platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, online bank transfers, and designated e-wallets.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time. Current limits will be displayed in your account section during transactions.
Transaction Processing
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified based on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days after identity verification and receipt of a complete request.
4dcheck is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. If you experience any issues with transactions, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction proof.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
4dcheck reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Term Violations: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, including multiple account usage, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the system.
- False Information: Users providing inaccurate, false, or misleading registration information including name, date of birth, or bank details.
- Suspicious Activities: Any suspicious account activity related to betting or transactions that could indicate money laundering or fraud.
- User Requests: At the user’s own request via 4dcheck’s official support channels.
- Legal Requirements: If 4dcheck is required to do so by regulatory authorities or court orders.
If your account is closed due to a violation of terms, 4dcheck reserves the right to withhold balances related to disputed activities while investigations are ongoing. For user-initiated closures for personal reasons, valid balances will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures.
6. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

4dcheck is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform, including financial losses due to gaming activities, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access not caused by our direct negligence.
The platform is provided "as is." 4dcheck does not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dcheck platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and databases are the exclusive property of 4dcheck or licensed to us. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.
